The Rockport Schools’ Green Team, which both works on reducing the schools’ environmental impact and runs the school greenhouse, is selling produce every week at the Rockport Farmer’s Market. Every week, students harvest and sell their produce, including leafy greens, such as kale and lettuce, root vegetables, such as carrots, radishes, and turnips, as well as squash and tomatoes. Any produce that is not sold at the Farmer’s Market is being donated to local organizations, such as Den Mar. Come check us out and buy some local vegetables!
