On Thursday March 14th four Rockport Public School groups competed for the Awesome Rockport Foundation prize of $1000.  The event was held at Bracketts Restaurant. The competitors were:
* Amanda King present on Composting at RMHS
* Larissa DeBenedette (RES) present of Lego WeDo Robotics
* Patrick Morin (9th grader-RHS) present on a PRS Sensory Garden.
* Wyatt Wilkinson and Mari Penaloza (5th graders-RES) present on a Waste Reduction and Compost Project for RES!
All of the presentations were informative and inspired. The winner was RES Waste Reduction and Compost Project by Wyatt Wilkinson and Mari Penaloza.  Congratulations!
